It 's a person who remains active naturally, without exhausting workouts at the gym but that uses every opportunity to make the move ... moving when he can walk instead of using the car, climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator .. that is walking, going to the pool, going to the gym, going to dance if it, but all for the sake of it and not with the purpose of losing weight ... enjoying the advantages that the body receives from this natural way of understanding the physical well-being. Modeling in NLP simply means COPY. Take someone who knows how to do something well that we do not do as well (but we'd like to learn it) and copy it!

Without trying to ask you this:
- And now that I extrapolated from the responses regarding the structure of their behavior to food, there is something they do too, and I could do that would be the difference immediately in order to achieve my goal of weight?
- What do I like and fits my personality and I could try?
- What could I add to mine that would enrich my new shares?
- How will I feel after three days of these new behaviors? And after seven days? The skirt will pull a little bit less?
- How will I feel after a nice walk at a fast pace? More calm and relaxed?
- What effect will make me know I did something good and important for myself?

And did all this ... JUST TRY IT!! Evidence for a week to do what they do and see the fat natural What happens ...
