LOSE WEIGHT: WHAT TO EAT?

The question that arises more who decides he wants to lose weight is: what should I eat ?
We assume that I am not a dietician or a nutritionist, but only one person who managed to lose many of their extra pounds by using methods other than the usual prefix scheme. So that's what I write is based on my personal experience and the experience of many other people like me who have achieved the goal of weight loss in a healthy and natural and just as common experience can have a collective value. E 'therefore implied that the approach I used in comparisons of "what to eat " comes from the method I propose in my coaching and seminars.
That said, the question remains: what should I eat if I want to lose weight ?

It is the quality that creates problems, but the quantity!

And the oldest part of our brain, one reptilian, still has "registered" this valuable information, helpful to survive! It follows that our metabolism is stimulated to accumulate and thus any excess is transformed into rolls!
It 'so important to avoid the excesses and keep the diet as balanced as possible, using this strategy to succeed:
· not denying anything because what is denied, triggering a reaction of "I want the double"
· whereas there are no forbidden foods, but that is only a matter of right amount
· choosing foods ; healthy, making you the question of what may be good for your body
· eating at least five portions of fruit and vegetables
· using carbohydrates as a major source of energy because they are slow to assimilate sugars which prolong satiety
· varying the usual menu by introducing new foods that maybe out of habit, do not use
· good recipes and experimenting tempting because we make our own mantra "little better but good" and do not settle for dishes unseasoned and sad
