Looking around is easy to see how many of our children are overweight.

What to do?

  • Moderate your portions at meals, taking into account the real needs of children, trained to recognize satiety
  • Add a healthy and continuous activity physics, involving them in something that really wants to do, make them strong and independent just for having to relate to their bodies, for their energy and their abilities.

But this theory can not be only explained to our children, this must be an example.
We can not expect them to pursue self-determination and well-being that will accompany them as adults if we are not the first to set a good example!
